When your rug arrives

Please open and check your rug as soon as it arrives and keep the packaging until you have inspected it. If it is damaged, defective, or not the rug you ordered, email Support@TheRugDiary.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund it and pay the return shipping.
