Processing time

Orders ship within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your rug ships.

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are shown at checkout where available or charged by the carrier on delivery.

When your rug arrives

Please open and check your rug as soon as it arrives and keep the packaging until you have inspected it. If it is damaged, defective, or not the rug you ordered, email Support@TheRugDiary.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund it and pay the return shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

The right size matters more than the pattern. Measure your room, then use the guide below. If you are between two sizes, the larger one usually looks better.

How to measure

  1. Measure the length and width of the area you want covered.
  2. Leave 12–18 in of bare floor between the rug and the walls in most rooms.
  3. Mark the outline with painter's tape to see it before you buy.
