When your rug arrives

Please open and check your rug as soon as it arrives and keep the packaging until you have inspected it. If it is damaged, defective, or not the rug you ordered, email Support@TheRugDiary.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund it and pay the return shipping. Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

The right size matters more than the pattern. Measure your room, then use the guide below. If you are between two sizes, the larger one usually looks better.
